33tk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

📋1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 33tk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 33tk website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

33tk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

✅2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 33tk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 33tk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33tk enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Service from Bangladesh. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of 33tk or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are prohibited from registering under a false identity or using another person's personal details.
• You must not be a person who has previously had an account closed or suspended by 33tk for any breach of these Terms.

👤3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on 33tk. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 33tk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any funds pending an investigation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 33tk will never contact you asking for your password.
• You must notify 33tk immediately via live chat if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 33tk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Accounts registered under a name that does not match the verified payment method may be suspended pending KYC review.
• 33tk reserves the right to close any account without prior notice if it reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other activity that constitutes a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all account holders and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA is the account holder's own choice; however, accounts that have not enabled 2FA and are subsequently compromised will receive limited liability cover from 33tk.

💰4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33tk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 33tk does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 33tk reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Delays caused by third-party payment systems or banking procedures are outside 33tk's control.
• All funds deposited into a 33tk account must originate from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may trigger an account review.
• 33tk reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.
• Currency conversion is not offered by 33tk. All accounts are denominated in BDT. Any conversion costs incurred by a player using an internationally-issued card are the player's sole responsibility.

🎁5. Bonuses and Promotions

33tk offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on 33tk under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• 33tk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, 33tk's decision is final.
• Bonus funds and free spins have no cash value and may not be transferred to another account. They may only be used for gameplay on eligible titles as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the original bonus.

🎮6. Gameplay and Fair Use

All games offered on 33tk use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems supplied by licensed game studios. 33tk does not modify game outcomes. Players accept that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible.

• In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or communication failure that results in an incorrect display of a game outcome, the result will be voided and stakes returned to the player. 33tk bears no responsibility for network interruptions outside its control.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or reverse a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a specific game mechanic (such as a cash-out feature) permits early settlement.
• Sports betting markets are subject to 33tk's settlement rules as published on the Platform. In the case of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement rules specific to the affected market type will apply.
• 33tk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of the result. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player.

🚫7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 33tk. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by 33tk. This includes any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information about hole cards or live dealer hands in real time, or otherwise coordinate play in a way that constitutes cheating.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, using the Platform to launder money, or engaging in any transaction that violates applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• Exploiting any software error, display glitch, or unintended game mechanic to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to 33tk support immediately and will not be honoured.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33tk staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media platforms.

🛡️8. Responsible Gaming

33tk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools and policies are in place for all registered players.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period the player's account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality checks: Players may enable session time reminders that alert them at regular intervals during an active gaming session. This tool is designed to help players maintain awareness of the time and money spent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33tk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 33tk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

33tk does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 33tk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

All content on the 33tk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of 33tk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without 33tk's prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

📝11. Amendments to These Terms

33tk may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-app notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service, players should first contact 33tk customer support via live chat to seek an amicable resolution. 33tk will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure published on the Platform. 33tk's decision on all operational and game-related matters is final pending the outcome of any formal escalation process.
